The subscription provides basic legal protection for your organization but does not cover all services. Often, consulting with an attorney early on will help you avoid additional legal fees. We do not litigate our handle contested matters. For anything not covered, we offer discounted, competitive rates for members, and/or referrals to other professionals.
Any services not covered in the subscription are offered at a discount rate to members. If you need assistance in an area we don’t cover, such as litigation, we will refer you to another professional.
Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time, and services will terminate the following month.
